How Our Consignment Process Works:

  1. In-Store Inspection
    Before accepting any firearm for consignment, we perform a thorough inspection in-store to ensure the firearm is safe, functional, and appropriate for resale. This step is mandatory and helps protect both the seller and the buyer.
  2. 60-Day Consignment Period
    Once accepted, your firearm will be displayed in our shop and made available for purchase for a 60-day consignment term.
  3. Our Fees
    • If your firearm sells, we retain a 20% commission from the sale price.
    • If the buyer pays via credit card, there’s an additional 3% fee to cover processing charges.
    • If the firearm does not sell within 60 days, a $35 nonrefundable fee will be charged. This covers the inspection, processing, and cleaning of the firearm.
  4. Storage After 60 Days
     After the 60-day period, if your firearm hasn’t sold, a $1 daily storage fee will apply until the firearm is picked up. A 4473 form must be completed to legally return the firearm to your possession.
  5. Tax Requirements
    Please note that we are required to collect tax on all firearm sales. This tax is not included in the agreed-upon selling price and is added separately during the transaction.
